The Pickard Family Foundation seeks to provide grants that have as its focus, but not limited to, the following:
-
Focus on the needs of people (food security, housing, mental well-being, educational, etc.)
-
Humanitarian and compassionate needs
-
A focus for Christian faith

Successful applicants will enter into a covenant agreement that will honor the intended means of the grant, ensure no more than 3% of grant funds will be used for administration costs if grant is specific to a project, and will provide a final report outlining the successes, failures, and reflections from the project / program.

Due to government regulations, only registered Canadian charities can receive funding through the Pickard Family Foundation.

Application Dates
The board of directors meets four times each year. Application dates correspond to these meetings:
-
January - March
-
April - June
-
July - September
-
October - December

Not All Programs / Projects Can Be Funded
The board members of Pickard Family Foundation have responsibility for the final approval of each grant. Since the foundation receives founding requests far in excess of its ability to fund, only a portion of requests can be approved. A decision not to fund a proposal does not necessarily reflect on the merits of the applicant or the value of the proposal.

Application Process
The Pickard Family Foundation uses a google form application to receive all grant requests. All applications will be reviewed but only the successful applicants will be contacted. A link to the google form can be found below. Please answer all relevant questions. Please direct all questions to grants@pickardfamilyfoundation.ca.
